Now Resolved: eShop Ordering Issue
The issue with our eShop orders has now been resolved and eShop orders are processing as usual.
For orders placed between 5pm on Tuesday and 12 noon today, you may need to re-place your order as the outbound emails to our supplier partners from the system were failing.
You can now order on eShop as usual.
If you're unsure whether you need to re-place your order, you can contact the supplier and provide them with your order number for clarification.
