Recent stories in the press have discussed the issues pharmacists are having in sourcing stock.
Survey results have found respondents spend an average of 6-10 hours per week managing stock supply issues.
Why not add 6-10 hours back into your week by letting PharmAssist do the work for you?
"PharmAssist has improved profitability from both the purchasing and loss of man hours in carrying out tasks which could and have been automated. We spend very little time on ordering, but the time we do spend is around optimizing how we use the software and getting the most out of it with features such as the Drug Tariff Review."

"PharmAssist has enabled me to spend a lot less time ordering and get on with managing my business. With recent shortages of stock I haven’t really had to spend any more time as the software is searching for stock on my behalf."

Simply place your order via PharmAssist and the system will automatically source the best price in the market.
If a product is out of stock with one supplier the system will automatically search all pricelists to identify suppliers that do have stock availability.
If you have preferred suppliers the system will take this into account.
What about inflated prices?
Don’t worry the system can either block lines or warn you when lines are above the Drug Tariff so you are always in control of what you pay.
Which suppliers are used?
PharmAssist can order through every supplier that is broadband/PMR enabled. Automatic pricelists are uploaded from PHOENIX, OTC Direct, Cavendish, Bestway, B&S Colorama and Strathclyde.
Should you wish to utilise another supplier’s prices you can do so free of charge; simply submit these in an Excel pricelist and PharmAssist will load it into their comparison system to ensure your buying rules take these prices into account when finding you the best deal.
So, what have you got to lose?
