There is now less than 3 weeks until the June Quality Payment review date and the online declaration portal is now open and will remain open until 11.59pm on Friday 13th July 2018.
Whilst the actual review date is Friday 29th June contractors are now able to begin completing their declarations for the criteria they have already achieved. Contractors will be able to add further information to the portal until the portal closes on 13th July.
It is important that contractors who enter data with the intention of adding further data before the portal closes remember to finally submit their declaration before the portal closes to ensure successful claim of quality payment points.
It is also important to remember that once data has been entered and the declaration submitted that the declaration cannot be altered. Consequently it is essential that contractors ensure the data is both accurate and complete before making the final submission.
Once the declaration has been submitted contractors will receive an email from NHSBSA confirming the details declared and successful submission. Numark strongly advises members to retain this email as evidence of successful submission along with the date and content of the submission.
Contractors who do not receive an email with 24 hours of making their submission should initially check their junk box and then contact NHSBSA.
