How do I book?

Refer to the how to book section and follow the step by step instructions as set out in the guide. Please note, this will be for individual bookings only.

I need to book multiple staff to attend the training.

If you require more than one person to attend a vaccination course, you will need to enter multiple bookings on ECG’s website.

I need to cancel my booking

Upon booking your training, you have accepted ECG’s terms and conditions which includes their cancellation policy: https://ecgtraining.co.uk/about-us/policies

If you wish to still cancel your booking, please email ECG directly via email: digital@ecgtraining.co.uk.

I would like to book a group session for my pharmacy group, how do I arrange this?

If you can provide a venue to host the training, ECG can train up to a maximum of 12 people in the room. You will need to ensure all individuals are spaced out at two metres in the room, please enquire by sending us an email: training.team@numark-central.co.uk. 

Where do I purchase my PGD?

If you are providing a private flu service, you can purchase your PGD by visiting PharmaDoctor’s website: https://pharmadoctor.co.uk/pharmacist
