Supporting Customers with Health Promotions
Health promotions provide awareness and support to patients for a variety of health concerns throughout the year. Often falling in line with relevant health awareness dates, health promotions offer another avenue for pharmacy to support customers with their everyday health and wellbeing.
The role of health promotion zones will vary across the UK, with the pharmacy contract determining whether this is a requirement for funding, or an incentive to more customers into pharmacy and support contractual services.
We have provided a range of support to aid with setting up appropriate health promotion zones and meeting contractual requirements, where relevant.
