This month will see the finalisation of our rebranding process, Hey Pharmacist has replaced Co-op Health. With the rebrand we have added specific functionality for all members – You are now all collection sites on Hey Pharmacist! This means that if a user selects to collect from a local pharmacy, only Numark member pharmacies will appear as options.

Roadmap
When we purchased the Co-op app we knew we could quickly make Numark members collections sites and send them prescriptions to dispense, however we also knew that it would take a while for members to have the opportunity to offer customer notifications or delivery options. Over the coming months we will be working hard to give members the capability to offer delivery to customers as well as allowing them to send collection and delivery notifications.

We are delighted that our members now feature on the Hey Pharmacist app!

Development has already begun on our new in store sign up feature, which will simplify the in store sign up process and make it easy for members to lock in the nomination for their customers.

To ensure everything works as it should, we are rolling out a pilot to a small selection of Numark pharmacies. The pilot will aim achieve two things, to hard test the app following the in store sign up feature development, we need to ensure it is a practical solution that works as intended, and to test the Hey Pharmacist activation kits that will be used to promote, market and recruit patients in store. 

This initial testing phase will be important to ensure everything goes smoothly come October which is when we intend to roll out to all members in England – exciting times!

We plan on keeping you informed every step of the way, as we hope you have seen.  Here’s a visual timeline so you can see really clearly what’s happening and when.

April – Acquisition of Co-op Health.

May – Branding of Hey Pharmacist is finalised.

June – Development of app to allow collection sites.

July – Co-op app and web platform is rebranded.

August – Finish the development of the in store sign up functionality and begin to trial the functionality.

September – Expanded trials and further development work where needed.

October – Numark members GO LIVE with activation kit and in store sign up functionality - in store on boarding begins.

November – Phase 2 development to allow members to manage collection and delivery as well as send customer collection and delivery notifications. This will be order management software that will be in a pharmacy.

December – Development continues.

January – Numark members can access the order management software to provide a full end to end in app prescription and collection and delivery services.
