Hey Pharmacist… test and learn

This month we are planning to expand our phase of test and learn for our Hey Phamacist proposition.

This will be important for us to support the development of our onboarding and in store activation support for the click and collect service.  This means in the coming months, you’ll be able to actively start engaging with your customers about Hey Pharmacist in-store.

To get us to this point, we’re continuing our discovery process across various pharmacies to understand how we develop the in-store activation feature. We’re listening to feedback from teams and conducting research with real prescription users.  We’re also testing out different messages and formats to ensure we make acquiring customers from both a customer and colleague perspective as easy and intuitive as possible.

Alongide this activity, we are also developing a member platform that integrates with the Hey Pharmacist service. The member platform will help you and your pharmacy team manage and communicate with your Hey Pharmacist customers.  This will support you to deliver a five star service.

2022 is going to be a really exciting time for Hey Pharmacist and you, our members. We’re developing a platform that’s built on member and customer needs, as well as taking our marketing to the next level. We’re looking forward to sharing our plans over the coming months as we test and learn.

Hey Pharmacist is destined to come into its own next year, the blend of online and face-to-face convenience will be critical in attracting and retaining patients in the future, it’s what makes Hey really different.

Patients want and need access to healthcare on their own terms and it’s not entirely consistent over time. Hey Pharmacist will provide a conduit for patients to access medicines and healthcare advice supported by first class prescription collection and delivery services.

Critical to the success of Hey Pharmacist will be our mutual partnership. We are investing heavily in a national marketing campaign and as a result, we’ll bring patients to you but we can only be successful if we have your ongoing commitment. We want to raise an army of Numark members to ensure Hey Pharmacist is positioned as market leader.

Hey Pharmacist opens up opportunities to increase and lock in nominations, effectively manage and communicate with your customers, and provide you with the insight you need to grow your business.
