In response to your request for us to continue to improve transparency, we are delighted to inform you that as of 1st April 2018, all qualifying reduced wholesaler purchases (where we paid a discount from PHOENIX and a further discount through Numark) will now attract a combined discount which will be paid on your Numark benefit statement.
For example, for qualifying Boehringer Ingelheim products (where historically, the discount from PHOENIX would be 3.5% and an additional 1.5% for Numark members) as of your April purchases, you will receive 5% on your Numark rebate statement. As your Numark rebates are paid before your PHOENIX wholesaler payment is due, this will help to improve your cashflow.
It is important to clarify that the following changes will take effect so you are aware of the impact:
- This change takes effect from 1st April and applies to all April purchases.
- Your rebate will be from Numark and is the combined PHOENIX discount and additional Numark discount – this will be detailed on your April statement which will be issued 31st May, 2018.
- Your invoice from Phoenix will now not reflect any discounts but remember, you are benefiting from the combined discount reflected as a rebate.
