1. The jobs board facility is open to all Numark members.
   
   
2. The position being advertised must be based in a premises currently registered as a Numark member.
   
   
3. For pre-reg positions the premises must be registered with the GPhC.
   
   
4. Uploading of vacancies is via the ‘Submit a vacancy’ submission form on NumarkNet only.
   
   
5. Members are responsible for the accuracy of information provided.
   
   
6. Incomplete submissions may result in the position not being advertised.
   
   
7. Numark reserve the right not to upload or to remove vacancies as deemed appropriate.
   
   
8. Vacancies will be advertised until the date specified in the ‘Closing date’ field on the ‘Submit a vacancy’ submission form (subject to point 7).
   
   
9. Applicants must apply directly to the member; Numark cannot take responsibility for the number or calibre of applicants.
   
   
10. Adverts not submitted by the pharmacy manager or owner must be by authorised by relevant Numark personnel prior to being submitted on NumarkNet.
    
    
11. The member’s email address, for applications, will be visible to all NumarkNet users.
    
    
12. The member or person who submits the vacancy for publication must notify Numark if the vacancy is filled or if they require the vacancy to stay on for a longer period.
