What happens next?
We will now ensure that any monies owing to you will be paid via BACS transfer as soon as relevant rebate details are available from our suppliers and we have deducted any outstanding payments due to Numark.
Following your resignation as a Numark member and in accordance with clause (8.5) of your Members Agreement, headed 'Term and Termination'.
It is important that all Numark branding and identification in the form of fascias, fittings and displays are removed as soon as possible.
Please be aware that this clause does not apply if:
- you are selling your business to a current Numark member who intends to re-register the pharmacy.
- you are selling your business to a non-Numark member who intends to apply for membership.
