FreeStyle Libre and Libre2 PMR ordering now available through PharmAssist

We are pleased to announce that Numark in partnership with PharmAssist (Solutions) Ltd and Abbott Laboratories Ltd can now allow PharmAssist users to order both FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor products through their PMR system rather than using the FreeStyle Libre pharmacy ordering portal. This will make it much more convenient for members saving them time as they no longer will need to switch and order through a separate ordering portal and can do it all through PharmAssist.

PharmAssist & Abbott FreeStyle Libre Ordering Consent form

I have the authority and hereby give permission for Numark to instruct PharmAssist (Solutions) Ltd to change my PMR settings to allow any FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre2 sensor product orders to go directly to Polarspeed (ordering/logistics provider for Abbott Laboratories Ltd)*  The product will then be ordered ELECTRONICALLY from Abbott Laboratories Ltd via your PMR system.

This information will be kept in the strictest of confidence and under no circumstances will your details be shared with any other 3rd party.

If you haven’t already set up an account with Abbott, you will need to contact them beforehand and the Abbott account number must be added below.

N.B

You will be contacted by a member of Polarspeed customer services to confirm when you have been set up to start ordering via your PMR so you can continue to order your normal way through the pharmacy web portal (https://www.freestylelibrepharmacyportal.co.uk/) until you get confirmation from them (usually within one to two weeks).

Your existing ordering portal will always be available as a backup if ever required.

Normal cut off times for next day delivery will be Mon-Fri by 5:30pm for England/Wales/Scotland and 3:30 pm for Northern Ireland.
