Tips for completing the application

Section ‘A' of the application

  • You will be required to submit your 52 training plan for the pre-reg year.
  • When constructing your plan use the performance standards as a template which can be found in the student workbook. The performance standards are simply learning outcomes that need to be achieved during the year.
  • Using the standards, plan logically either weekly or monthly. Plan how they will be demonstrated and when they are to be achieved.
  • Approach in a simple and easy to follow order (eg the order it appears within the workbook) to make it easy for the student, staff and GPhC to understand.
