1 General conditions
1.1 Training that is provided at no charge is offered to Numark members and their employees only.
1.2 There are circumstances where we will allow other staff to attend ie regular locums. If you would like a regular locum to attend please contact the training team.
2 Cancellation Policy
2.1 Please be aware that if you are not able to give us sufficient notice of non-attendance, or you do not turn up to the event, a charge of £30+VAT will be levied per attendee (see below). Cancelling in time will give another pharmacy professional on the waiting list an opportunity to attend the event. The following will apply if you cancel a booking:
2.2 Bookings will only be processed subject to acceptance of Numark's right to charge a fee for late cancellations and non-attendance.
2.3 All cancellations must be notified to Numark via the NumarkNet website booking system.
2.4 Numark will respond to all requests for cancellation and will provide a cancellation reference.
2.5 No fee will be charged where Numark received notification of the cancellation three (3) working days or more prior to the learning event date. As an example, if a workshop is on a Thursday you would need to cancel by the Monday, otherwise the cancellation fee would be charged.
2.6 Cancellations received less than two (2) working days before the workshop and non-attendances will be charged at £30+VAT per delegate.
2.7 Cancellation charge will be collected by direct debit.
2.8 Cancellations will be reviewed by the Director of Professional Services, Numark reserves the right to waive the fee under certain circumstances.
3 Workshop cancelled by Numark
The following will apply if Numark cancels a workshop:
3.1 Numark will notify you of the cancellation of the workshop you have booked, no later than two (2) days before it is due to run.
3.2 Numark will do this by email whenever possible (you will be requested to send a 'read' receipt).
3.3 A notice informing that the workshop has been cancelled will be posted at the venue.
3.4 In the event that the workshop is rescheduled for a later date, Numark will notify you by email to enable you to accept or decline.
3.5 In exceptional circumstances Numark may cancel a workshop at very short notice. In this event Numark will make every effort to let you know in advance. Please make sure that your contact details are correct when booking to help us with this.
3.6 Numark will not be liable for your costs arising as a result of cancellation and you are advised to commit only to cancellable transport tickets and where applicable, accommodation.
