1 As a sponsor you are signing up your student for the Numark pre-registration programme and as such you are agreeing that you and your student will comply with the following terms and conditions:
1.1 All students agree to behave in a professional and business-like manner whilst attending the monthly workshops.
1.2 Students must seek prior agreement from their tutor and Numark to arrive late, leave early or not attend a workshop day. To prevent disruption to others, if students arrive late they will not be allowed to enter a workshop once it has begun.
2 If a student drops out of the programme at any point throughout the year or is unable to attend, the member is not entitled to receive a refund. This is due to Numark having advanced contractual obligations with venues and trainers.
3 The full amount of the course will be invoiced 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the programme.
4 Numark reserve the right to refuse entry to any workshop or attendance at any remaining workshops where a student is deemed to be having a detrimental effect on other students, trainers or Numark employees.
5 In return Numark agree to;
5.1 Provide monthly updates regarding the programme (assuming an email address is provided upon registration).
5.2 Provide feedback or respond to any other reasonable request regarding a Member's student.
5.3 Endeavour to help Members with any student issues.
