- Information Services - the Information Services team are available to discuss the service with you in more detail.
- Toolkit - all our Welsh members should now have received a DMR toolkit. The toolkit contains, posters and leaflets to help identify patients, patient reminder cards, staff guide, engaging with GPs booklet and patient leaflet on Dysphagia. The toolkit is provided free of charge with the help of sponsorship from Quantum Pharmaceutical. If you have not received a toolkit or are a new member who would like one request your DMR toolkit online. Please note there are a limited number of toolkits available.
