How do I deal with a Money Back Guarantee return?

1. Offer the customer a replacement or alternative product from the Numark range.
If this isn't possible, simply refund the customer's money.

2. Fill in the customer's details on the Returns Form.
There's no need to delay the customer whilst filling in sections two to five, as this can be done later. Please include as much information about the reason for the return.

3. Send the top copy to Numark with the product, using the supplied postage paid returns label.

4. The cost of the replacement/alternative product or refund will be paid to you as part of your monthly rebate.
