It is compulsory for pharmacies in England and Wales have to conduct an annual patient survey as part of the community pharmacy contract; therefore Numark are now offering an improved service which makes this as easy as possible saving you both time and money. By teaming up with IntelliPharm Limited we are able to offer an efficient value for money solution, providing survey forms for completion, analysis of surveys, a full colour poster detailing the results of the report for display in the pharmacy, a bound report and detailed letter for the Department of Health.
Numark have teamed up with IntelliPharm Healthcare Solutions to offer an efficient value for money solution, providing survey forms for completion, analysis of surveys, and creating a report and letter for your Primary Care Organisation.
As well as providing paper forms, you are also given access for patients to complete surveys online; offering a real choice to the patient as to how they complete the survey and satisfying the requirement for choice within the contract.
As well as satisfying the contract you can also use this as an excellent opportunity to find out what YOUR patients think and use it to improve the patient experience, creating loyalty to your pharmacy. With this in mind the service is also available to members in Scotland and Northern Ireland who may want to take the opportunity to obtain patient feedback, without the hassle.
Ordering could not be easier
Just follow these three simple steps to order your 2012-13 surveys
1. Complete the online order form with the required number of surveys (see below)
2. Send back the completed surveys using their freepost service at the below address - your results will be processed within 7-10 working days.

IntelliPharm will cover the cost of standard first class postage, but we also recommend that the completed surveys are send via recorded delivery for a small additional cost.
3. Log on to the Intellipharm website to view your results, add your comments
Once you have finalised your report, you will then receive a full bound report and PCT letter detailing your top three best performing areas and one area which you can make improvements on.
