Find out how to view and print your online statements, invoices and rebate reports.
When are statements and invoices updated?
- We aim to have your statements and invoices online by the 8th working day of the following month.
- For example, items purchased in February 2011 - invoices should be online by 10 March 2011.
- If there is a delay in loading statements and invoices online you will be notified on NumarkNet.
Where can I find my invoices?
- From the home page select My Account in the top right corner.

- On the My Account area, select Paperwork on the left hand menu.

- If it's the first time you've used the system you'll need to agree to the terms and conditions.
PDF Viewer 
- To view and print your statements and invoices you'll need to be able to open PDF files.
- Most PCs already have the PDF reader installed. If not, you can download the Adobe PDF reader here.
Open and Print Documents
- Click on the document name for the invoice or statement you require.

- A box should appear asking you to Open/Save/Cancel.

- If you would like to keep an electronic copy on your PC, click on Save and select a folder on your PC where the document will be saved.
- Alternatively click on Open - this will open the document in the PDF Reader software.
View archived items
When you go into the system the default view excludes any archived items.
To view them simply select 'Archived' using the 'Filter by Status' dropdown.

You can also filter to show just New, Unread or Read items.
