A Class 2 alert (action within 48hrs) has been issued for one batch of Accord Healthcare Ltd's amoxicillin 500mg capsules.
This is due to incorrectly labelled blister packs which identify the product as amoxicillin 250mg capsules. All other labelling is correct and the blisters do contain the 500mg strength.
