Out of pocket expenses** Paid via SP/ED endorsement

Contractors do not need to claim Out of Pocket expenses (OOPE) as arrangements for claiming & declaration on FP34c are different. The PSNC maintain that we technically get OOPE through the SP endorsement.
Records Normal record keeping applies For Specials not listed in Part VIIIB, the contractor should stamp, date, initial and endorse the Certificate of Analysis (COA)/ Certificate of Conformity (COC) with the price paid and prescriber's details. At the end of each month, these should be sent to the PCT of the prescriber.
All patient details must be removed prior to sending to the PCT.

All other fees ie. professional fees, CD, expensive item, etc will be paid as appropriate.
