Stephen read accounting and business at the City of London Polytechnic where he was awarded a BA Hons in 1986.
He joined KPMG in Birmingham where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991.
Following audit work with a privately owned hosiery company in Leicestershire he took up the position of group company secretary moving on to run the heavy gauge hosiery business.
He joined Numark in July 2000 as Company Secretary and has seen the business through a number of significant changes as the company has evolved and expanded.
Stephen is married with two children and lives in the Midlands.
