Raj Nutan MBA BPharm PGClinDip MRPharmS.
Raj Nutan studied pharmacy at Kings College, London and then did his pre-registration year with Boots, after which he continued his career with them. He then held various posts from consultant pharmacist to pharmacy manager to store manager. He also gained a postgraduate clinical diploma from DeMonfort University in Leicester.
In 2002, Raj completed his MBA at City University Business in London - specialising in strategic and general management. He then worked for a while completing sales and marketing projects for various financial services companies.
He then went on to work in the independent community pharmacy sector - supporting acquisitions and developing the independent pharmacy businesses, through prescription & services growth. He continued with driving profitable growth for pharmacies when he joined Alliance Pharmacy as a Regional Pharmacy Development Manager.
Working as Head of Business Development for the National Pharmacy Association, Raj brought all his experience of working in the pharmacy sector to a pharmacy membership organisation.
Raj joined Numark as director of commercial operations - where he leads, manages and develops the commercial team (Generics, Ethicals, OTC, Numark Assist, Numark Own Brand Range and Enhanced Discounts).
Raj is married with two children and is a keen follower of his beloved West Ham United.
