Lynne moved to the UK from New Zealand in 1991 and began her career working for Center Parcs in Nottingham.
In 1997, she changed industry from holiday to pharmaceutical when she began her career in sales with Crookes Healthcare experiencing a succession of roles, including Pharmacy Territory Manager, Trade Marketing Manager and National Account Manager.
In 2004, she joined Numark Trading Limited, a joint venture between Numark and Phoenix Medical Supplies, as Trade Marketing Controller. Her experience working in manufacturing, together with her knowledge of retail pharmacy, gave the company the ability to develop its retail business and local marketing initiatives for members.
In October 2005, following the acquisition of Numark by Phoenix Medical Supplies, Lynne joined Numark as Customer Marketing Controller.
In December 2007, Lynne was appointed Director of Trade Marketing and latterly Director of Marketing for Numark. This role encompasses leading the marketing and communications teams to develop and deliver the Numark brand to both members and consumers.
Lynne and her husband have twin daughters and live in Nottingham.
